User Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate travel details and maintain respectful behavior with drivers, guides, and staff during the tour.
Modification of Terms: Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to modify tour prices, services, or these terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Trip Maker Shaa is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the trip. Clients are encouraged to have travel insurance.
Jurisdiction: All legal disputes will be subject to Indian laws and resolved under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
