1. Booking Confirmation: Tours and cab services are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy: Once hotel and cab bookings are confirmed, cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm your trip.
4. Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateways. Full payment is required before trip start.
5. Service Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to weather, traffic, natural disasters, or third-party vendors (hotel, cab, airlines).
6. User Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate travel details and behave respectfully with staff and drivers during the trip.
7. Modification of Terms: Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to change these terms, package pricing, or services without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability: Trip Maker Shaa is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury. We recommend travel insurance for safety.
9. Jurisdiction: All legal matters will be governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction in Delhi courts.
