1. Booking Confirmation: Tours and cab services are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy: Once hotel and cab bookings are confirmed, cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
3. Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm your trip.
4. Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateways. Full payment must be made before the trip starts.
5. Service Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to weather, traffic, natural disasters, or third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, or cab vendors.
6. User Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate travel details and maintain respectful behavior with drivers, guides, and staff during the tour.
7. Modification of Terms: Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to modify tour prices, services, or these terms without prior notice. Latest version will always be available on this page.
8. Limitation of Liability: Trip Maker Shaa is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the trip. Clients are encouraged to have travel insurance.
9. Jurisdiction: All legal disputes will be subject to Indian laws and resolved under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
