User Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate travel details and behave respectfully with staff and drivers during the trip.
Modification of Terms: Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to change these terms, package pricing, or services without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Trip Maker Shaa is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury. We recommend travel insurance for safety.
Jurisdiction: All legal matters will be governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction in Delhi courts.
